(More customer reviews)In error, I clicked on this item and received a confirmation that it was being shipped along with a book I had ordered. I called Amazon to cancel, and was told it was a private vendor and that I would have to contact them directly, as Amazon could not cancel the item. "Oh, boy, Here we go," I thought. As it was a Sunday I called their number and left a message on there voice mail, giving my info and order number, also requesting a return call. I really did not expect them to contact me and figured I would have to call them again to straighten this out. Surprise! I was contacted by a very pleasant sales rep and told that this was not a problem and he would take care of it. Within one hour, I had an email confirming the vendor had notified Amazon and my credit card was not charged. Needless to say, I would buy from this company in the future without hesitation, and hope to do so. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT A "REAL" CUSTOMER. Thanks again
